Refund & Cancellation Policies
POLICY ON CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Psoriatreat Clinics viz. PSORIATREAT PSORIASIS RESEARCH AND HOMEOPATHIC CLINICS PRIVATE LIMITED, We are in the service industry, so we did not consider requests to discontinue services provided to patients. Our cancellation and refund policy will be as follows:
POLICY OF CANCELLATION
A person who has paid the requisite fee and placed orders for a procedure for his beneficiary in the clinic can request that the procedure be cancelled, provided that the cancellation request is submitted and received and acknowledged by Psoriatreat Clinic. A request like this should be made at least one day before the procedure/investigation/consultation.
POLICY OF REFUND
Within 2 days of Psoriatreat Clinics acknowledging the cancellation request, the payment remitted will be returned after subtracting 5% of the amount remitted. Refunds will be provided to the same account in the case of Payment Gateway payments.
GUIDELINES FOR CANCELLATION
- Any refund request will be denied once the patient begins billing at the Psoriatreat facility.
- Any cancellation requests should be sent to [email protected] at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled health check appointment.
- Psoriatreat Clinics will not be held liable if a customer’s communication is not received owing to an incorrect address provided by the individual.
- In the event of a refund, a 5% processing fee will be applied to the amount to be reimbursed.
- Subject to all terms and restrictions, the indicated amount due for reimbursement will be completed within 7 business days after the cancellation date. Regardless of how the patient paid, the refund will be made by NEFT.
- Under special situations (such as holidays, strikes, bank delays, etc. ), the above-mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary, and Psoriatreat cannot be held liable for the delay.
